Build a Quarto callout block — callout • rithmatist

Assembles the ::: fenced div that Quarto renders as a callout, with blank lines around the body so that markdown inside it parses correctly.

Usage

callout(body, title = "Your Turn", type = "note")

Arguments

body: Character vector of markdown lines for the callout body.
title: Callout title, shown in the rendered header.
type: Callout type: one of "note", "tip", "warning", "caution", or "important".

Value

A character vector of markdown lines.
